Cheff Che is a restaurant founded by Chef Julio Garcia, a passionate and talented chef who immigrated to New York from Mexico City at the age of 16. With a strong work ethic and a love for food, Chef Julio worked his way up the ranks in various restaurants, starting as a dishwasher and eventually becoming a manager.

 

In the midst of the pandemic, Chef Julio faced the challenges of the crisis and decided to embark on a new chapter in his life. Inspired by his passion for creating delicious food, he started Cheff Che Empanadas from his garage, offering delectable meat and sweet empanadas.
